Our most-booked unit — a clean, sturdy, non-flushing portable toilet built for job sites, backyards and everyday use across Parma and Parma Heights County.
When most people picture a “porta potty,” they're picturing this unit: a single-occupant, self-contained portable toilet with a molded seat, a hand-sanitizer dispenser and a lockable door. It's the workhorse of the portable sanitation industry, and it's the unit we deliver most often to job sites, backyards and small events across Parma, Parma Heights, Cleveland and the rest of Parma Heights County.
What sets our standard rentals apart isn't the unit itself — it's how we deliver and service it. Every standard toilet we rent is inspected, pressure-washed and restocked before it leaves our Pearl Rd yard, and it's placed exactly where you need it, on a level, stable footprint, by our own delivery crew rather than a subcontractor. If you've rented from a national chain before and been disappointed by a late truck or a unit that smelled on day one, that's precisely the gap we built this company to close.
Standard units work for nearly any application where a flushing restroom isn't practical or necessary: residential renovations, roofing and landscaping crews, small construction jobs, garage sales, tailgates, and short-term outdoor work. If you need something closer to a real bathroom — a flush handle, a sink, interior lighting — take a look at our deluxe flushable restroom option instead.
A standard portable toilet has to survive constant use, weather swings, and the occasional bump from a forklift or delivery truck — ours are rated for exactly that. The molded polyethylene shell resists cracking and staining, the interior is designed to vent odor rather than trap it, and the base is weighted for stability without a permanent anchor. For sites with high wind exposure, exposed rooftops, or coastal-adjacent conditions, we can stake or strap units down at no extra charge; just mention it when you book.
Once you confirm an order, we'll ask for the drop-off address, the surface the unit will sit on (grass, gravel, asphalt or concrete), and whether the site has any access restrictions, like a locked gate or a narrow driveway. Our delivery truck carries a hand cart for tight spaces, so units can typically be placed within a few feet of where you actually need them, not just wherever a truck can back up to. We'll also confirm a rough delivery window the day before, so you're not left guessing.
Every standard rental includes scheduled servicing — typically weekly for job sites, though we'll adjust the frequency based on how many people are using the unit and how long the rental runs. During each visit, our technician pumps the holding tank, wipes down and disinfects interior surfaces, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, and checks the door latch and vents. If a unit needs attention between scheduled visits — heavy use, an accidental spill, high winds knocking it over — call our line and we'll dispatch a technician, often same-day.
We quote a flat rate that includes delivery, pickup, and your chosen servicing frequency before you sign off on anything. Multi-unit orders and rentals longer than a month typically come with a lower per-unit rate — ask about volume pricing when you call.

No — standard units use a non-flushing holding tank system with a chemical deodorizer, which is why they're serviced regularly rather than plumbed. If you want a flush handle and sink, ask about our deluxe flushable restroom rental.
Yes. Long-term construction and renovation rentals are one of our most common bookings, and monthly rates are typically lower per-unit than short-term pricing. We'll set a fixed servicing schedule for the life of the rental.
Grass, gravel, dirt, asphalt and concrete all work. Let us know the surface when you book so we bring the right placement equipment, and mention it if the site slopes or floods easily.
