A luxury restroom trailer isn't a portable toilet with nicer trim — it's a genuinely different product. Ours are enclosed, climate-controlled trailers with multiple private stalls, real flush toilets connected to an onboard fresh-water and holding-tank system, running-water sinks with mirrors, interior lighting, and finished walls and flooring. Guests step inside and, aside from the trailer's compact footprint, the experience is close to a well-appointed indoor restroom.
We recommend luxury trailers for weddings, milestone birthday parties, corporate galas, fundraisers and any event where the venue itself doesn't have restrooms adequate for the guest count — a backyard, a barn, a park pavilion, or a private estate. Trailers arrive on our own tow vehicle, and our crew handles leveling, hookup and a full walkthrough before your event starts, then returns for pickup afterward.
Because trailers come in a few different stall counts and finish levels, pricing varies more than our single-unit rentals. Call with your guest count, event length and site address (including whether power and water hookups are available nearby) and we'll recommend the right trailer and give you a firm quote.
Depending on the trailer size you book, you'll get anywhere from two to several private stalls, each with a residential-style flush toilet, plus a separate sink area with running water, mirrors and finished counters. Interior finishes include proper flooring, wall paneling, climate control and lighting — the goal is that guests forget they're in a trailer at all. Exterior steps and railings are included for safe access, and we can coordinate exterior lighting or decor placement (string lights, planters) around the unit if your planner wants it to blend into the event design.
Luxury trailers need a reasonably level, stable parking area with truck access for delivery, and ideally a nearby power source; most trailers can also run on a generator we can arrange if the site doesn't have accessible power. Water hookup is helpful but not always required depending on the trailer's onboard tank capacity. Tell us your site layout when you call and we'll confirm what's workable before you book.
Because trailers are a smaller part of our fleet than standard units, and wedding season books up fast across Parma Heights County, we recommend reserving your trailer as soon as you have a date and estimated guest count — ideally several weeks to a few months out for peak season (May–October). We'll hold your date with a deposit and finalize guest count and add-ons closer to the event.
